How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will help you.
After cancellation
When you cancel a paid subscription, your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and no further invoices will be issued.
